What is Airrosti?
Airrosti is a healthcare provider group focused on musculoskeletal conditions, soft tissue pain and injuries. Airrosti treats a variety of conditions including acute and chronic aches and pains from head to toe, unresolved rehabilitation, patients advised to undergo surgery, and patients not getting lasting relief from injections or other medications.
Are there doctors in my area that perform that type of service?
Airrosti has 35 DFW locations and 4 East Texas locations.
What kind of doctors are they?
Airrosti providers are chiropractors by their license and training. However, Airrosti providers do not practice traditional chiropractic; therefore, high velocity adjustments of joints are not utilized. Airrosti providers only utilize manual therapy paired with active rehab and focus on the soft tissue that supports one’s bone structure.
Can my chiropractor provide Airrosti services?
Only Airrosti Certified Providers can provide Airrosti services. All Airrosti providers are employees of the Airrosti healthcare provider group and adhere to strict clinical pathways to provide the results that have been proven through outcomes and third party studies. A chiropractor can provide manual therapy but will not be the same services provided by Airrosti.
How is Airrosti different from a massage?
While Airrosti does use a hands-on approach, the manual therapy is different than a massage. It is very deep and targeted manual therapy applied to a specific area of the body. After a thorough evaluation, Airrosti determines the source of your pain and begins treatment at that time. Oftentimes, the location of your pain is not what is causing the pain. For example, an issue in the hip could cause knee pain. By treating the source and not just the symptoms, most conditions can usually be resolved in about 3 visits.
Why would I want to participate in these services?
Airrosti is committed to providing efficient and effective care for soft tissue injuries and conditions. Your treatment plan is based on how you respond to care and not on what your insurance will pay for. An Airrosti provider will spend a full hour with you to determine the source of your problem and not just treat the symptoms. They will provide you with the tools and knowledge needed to help prevent your need of visits in the future. This disciplined approach leads to an average treatment plan of 3.2 visits per case and an 88% resolution rate for all cases.
